Description
Festive, juicy, and no-cook, these 4th of July Fruit Kabobs are a fast, healthy, and vibrant treat for any summer gathering.
Ingredients
12 strawberries
2 bananas
½ cup blueberries
1 tbsp maple syrup
½ tsp lemon juice
Pinch of cinnamon
Fresh mint (optional)
6–8 bamboo skewers
Instructions
1. Rinse and dry all fruits completely.
2. Slice strawberries in half, bananas into chunks.
3. Brush banana pieces with lemon juice.
4. Thread fruits onto skewers in red-white-blue pattern.
5. Mix maple syrup, lemon juice, and cinnamon.
6. Brush glaze lightly over skewers.
7. Refrigerate for 10–15 minutes.
8. Serve chilled with fresh mint if desired.
Notes
These kabobs are best served the same day.
You can assemble a few hours ahead and chill until serving.
Use a melon baller or star cutter to shape fruits for added visual appeal.
