Ingredients
Frozen Acai Packet – 1 (100g), unsweetened preferred
Banana – 1 medium, fresh or frozen
Mixed Berries – 1 cup, frozen for better texture
Almond Milk – ¾ cup, unsweetened
Greek or Coconut Yogurt – ½ cup, creamy base
Nut Butter (optional) – 1 tbsp, almond or peanut
Honey or Maple Syrup – 1 tsp (optional), natural sweetener
Ice Cubes – 2–4, optional for thicker texture
Instructions
1. Slightly thaw the frozen acai pack.
2. Add almond milk to the blender first.
3. Add yogurt, berries, banana, and the acai pack.
4. Top with nut butter and ice cubes if using.
5. Blend on high for 1–2 minutes until smooth.
6. Pour into a chilled glass or bowl.
7. Garnish with toppings like banana slices, granola, or seeds.
