Description

Delightful crispy banana-filled egg rolls made in an air fryer for a healthier treat.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 4 egg roll wrappers
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Oil spray for cooking

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the filling by mashing the ripe bananas in a medium bowl.
  3. Mix in the brown sugar and cinnamon, stirring well.
  4. Assemble the egg rolls by spooning the filling into the center of each wrapper.
  5. Fold the wrappers securely around the filling, sealing with a little water.
  6. Spray each egg roll lightly with oil.
  7. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  8. Cool and serve warm, optionally with a dipping sauce.

Notes

Best served warm. Can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
