Delightful crispy banana-filled egg rolls made in an air fryer for a healthier treat.
Ingredients

- 2 ripe bananas
- 4 egg roll wrappers
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Oil spray for cooking
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the filling by mashing the ripe bananas in a medium bowl.
- Mix in the brown sugar and cinnamon, stirring well.
- Assemble the egg rolls by spooning the filling into the center of each wrapper.
- Fold the wrappers securely around the filling, sealing with a little water.
- Spray each egg roll lightly with oil.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Cool and serve warm, optionally with a dipping sauce.

Best served warm. Can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
