Ingredients
4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp lemon zest
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
Optional: chopped parsley or dill for garnish
Instructions
1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
2. Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
3. Brush each fillet lightly with olive oil on both sides.
4. In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon zest.
5. Sprinkle the seasoning mix evenly over the salmon.
6. Place fillets in the air fryer basket, skin side down, in a single layer.
7. Air fry for 7–9 minutes, depending on thickness, until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
8. Drizzle with fresh lemon juice and garnish with parsley or dill before serving.
