Description
Crispy, golden air fryer apple pie bombs filled with spiced apples and coated in cinnamon sugar.
Ingredients
2 medium apples, peeled and diced
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp cornstarch
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
2 tbsp melted butter
2 tbsp granulated sugar
Instructions
1. Peel and dice apples.
2. Mix apples with brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cornstarch.
3. Flatten biscuit dough and fill with apple mixture.
4. Seal edges and roll into balls.
5. Brush with butter and sprinkle with sugar.
6. Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 8–10 minutes.
7. Cool 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Best served warm with ice cream or caramel sauce. Store leftovers in an airtight container.
