Description
A creamy, healthy dessert or breakfast bowl made with ripe avocado, cocoa, and natural sweeteners.
Ingredients
1 ripe avocado
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
2–3 tbsp maple syrup or honey
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Optional toppings: granola, berries, coconut flakes, nuts
Instructions
1. Scoop avocado flesh into blender or food processor.
2. Add cocoa powder, maple syrup (or honey), vanilla extract, and salt; blend until smooth.
3. Pour into a bowl.
4. Top with granola, berries, coconut flakes, or nuts.
5. Serve immediately or chill 10–15 minutes for firmer texture.
Notes
Use ripe avocado for creamiest texture.
Adjust sweetener to taste.
