Ingredients
8 chicken drumsticks
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 large sweet potatoes, cut into fries
1 tbsp cornstarch
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Pat chicken drumsticks dry and place in a bowl with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
3. Toss until drumsticks are evenly coated.
4. In a separate bowl, toss sweet potato fries with olive oil, cornstarch, smoked paprika, and salt.
5. Arrange chicken on one side of the baking sheet and sweet potato fries on the other in a single layer.
6. Bake for 35–40 minutes, flipping fries halfway through, until chicken is golden and cooked through.
7. Optional: broil for 2–3 minutes for extra crispiness.
8. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

Use a wire rack under the chicken for extra crispy skin.
