- 4 large eggs
- 200g feta cheese
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- Red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine cherry tomatoes and fresh spinach in a small baking dish.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Crumble the feta cheese over the top of the mixture.
- Create four small wells and crack an egg into each.
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes until egg whites are set but yolks remain soft.
- Serve warm, optionally with toasted bread or a side salad.
