- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup banana pudding
- 1/2 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine crushed graham crackers, 1/2 cup sugar, and melted butter in a bowl.
- Press the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- Bake the crust for about 10 minutes, then let it cool completely.
- Mix softened cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla extract until creamy.
- Fold in sliced bananas gently.
- Pour the mixture into the cooled crust, smoothing the top.
- Whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Fold in banana pudding and milk until combined.
- Spread the topping over the cheesecake layer.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
- Remove the sides of the springform pan and serve with additional banana slices or toppings.
