Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup banana pudding
  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine crushed graham crackers, 1/2 cup sugar, and melted butter in a bowl.
  3. Press the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  4. Bake the crust for about 10 minutes, then let it cool completely.
  5. Mix softened cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla extract until creamy.
  6. Fold in sliced bananas gently.
  7. Pour the mixture into the cooled crust, smoothing the top.
  8. Whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  9. Fold in banana pudding and milk until combined.
  10. Spread the topping over the cheesecake layer.
  11. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
  12. Remove the sides of the springform pan and serve with additional banana slices or toppings.
