- 3 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 can of crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 box of buttery yellow cake mix
- 1 cup of butter, melted
- 1 cup of whipped cream
- 1 cup of strawberries, sliced
- 1/2 cup of chopped nuts (e.g., walnuts or pecans)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Layer the sliced bananas and drained crushed pineapple evenly on the bottom of the pan.
- Sprinkle the dry cake mix evenly over the fruit layer without mixing it.
- Pour the melted butter evenly over the cake mix.
- Bake for about 30-35 minutes until the top is golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly, then top with whipped cream, sliced strawberries, and chopped nuts before serving.
