Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

  3. Cook garlic and ginger: Add minced garlic and ginger, stirring until fragrant, about one minute.
  4. Cook the beef: Add the marinated beef to the pan and cook for about 4-5 minutes until browned.
  5. Add broccoli and steam: Stir in broccoli florets, add a splash of water, and cover to steam for 3-4 minutes.
  6. Final touches: Stir everything together, season to taste with salt and pepper, and cook for an additional minute.
  7. Serve hot over rice or noodles, garnished with sesame seeds or green onions.

Notes

For a vegetarian option, replace beef with tofu. You can also add more vegetables for extra nutrition.
