- Fresh strawberries (washed, tops removed)
- Fresh blueberries (washed)
- Fresh blackberries (washed)
Instructions
- Prepare the Cheesecake: Slice the cheesecake into 1-inch wide strips and cut them into bite-sized triangles.
- Wash the Berries: Rinse strawberries, blueberries, and blackberries under cold water. Remove green tops from strawberries and slice them in half if large.
- Assemble the Kabobs: Thread a blueberry onto a skewer, followed by a piece of cheesecake. Continue alternating until the skewer is filled.
- Serving: Place assembled kabobs on a platter or in cups. Enjoy immediately or refrigerate until serving.
