  • Fresh strawberries (washed, tops removed)
  • Fresh blueberries (washed)
  • Fresh blackberries (washed)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Cheesecake: Slice the cheesecake into 1-inch wide strips and cut them into bite-sized triangles.
  2. Wash the Berries: Rinse strawberries, blueberries, and blackberries under cold water. Remove green tops from strawberries and slice them in half if large.
  3. Assemble the Kabobs: Thread a blueberry onto a skewer, followed by a piece of cheesecake. Continue alternating until the skewer is filled.
  4. Serving: Place assembled kabobs on a platter or in cups. Enjoy immediately or refrigerate until serving.
