Description

  • 1 pound ground beef or turkey
  • 1 taco seasoning packet
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • Sour cream (for serving)
  • Salsa (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) according to the crescent roll package instructions.
  2. Prepare the crescent roll dough by unrolling it and pressing the seams together to form a single crust.
  3. Cook the ground beef or turkey in a skillet over medium heat until browned, about 5 to 7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  4. Add taco seasoning to the cooked meat and mix well. If needed, add a little water and cook for a few more minutes.
  5. Assemble the pizza by spreading the seasoned meat evenly over the crust.
  6. Cheese the pizza by sprinkling shredded cheddar cheese on top of the meat.
  7. Bake the pizza according to the crescent roll package instructions, typically for 15-20 minutes.
  8. Cool for a few minutes, then add diced tomatoes and shredded lettuce as toppings.
  9. Slice the pizza into wedges and serve hot with sour cream and salsa.

Notes
