Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Mix the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  4. Cream the unsalted butter and cream cheese until fluffy.
  5. Add the granulated sugar and brown sugar, mixing until combined.
  6. Incorporate the egg and vanilla extract and mix well.
  7. Combine the dry mixture with the wet mixture gently.
  8. Fold in the blueberries, white chocolate chips, and lemon zest.
  9. Shape the cookie dough onto the baking sheet, spacing about 2 inches apart.
