Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Cream the unsalted butter and cream cheese until fluffy.
- Add the granulated sugar and brown sugar, mixing until combined.
- Incorporate the egg and vanilla extract and mix well.
- Combine the dry mixture with the wet mixture gently.
- Fold in the blueberries, white chocolate chips, and lemon zest.
- Shape the cookie dough onto the baking sheet, spacing about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
- Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
