Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
- Mix the cottage cheese, eggs, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract in a large bowl until smooth.
- Combine the rolled oats, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in another bowl, stirring thoroughly.
