Description
Juicy seared chicken thighs with creamy garlic sauce inspired by Bobby Flay.
Ingredients
4 chicken thighs
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp butter
Salt & pepper
Fresh parsley
Instructions
1. Pat chicken dry and season with paprika, salt, and pepper.
2. Heat oil in skillet and sear chicken thighs until golden.
3. Flip and cook until internal temp reaches 165°F.
4. Remove chicken and set aside.
5. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic.
6. Add cream and simmer until thickened.
7. Return chicken to pan, coat with sauce, and serve.
Notes
Marinate chicken for 15 minutes for deeper flavor.
Refrigerate leftovers for 3 days.
Reheat gently in oven or skillet with splash of broth.
