Description
Juicy chicken breasts stuffed with cheesy broccoli filling, baked to perfection.
Ingredients
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 cup broccoli florets (steamed & chopped)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp cream cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
Salt & pepper to taste
2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Butterfly chicken breasts and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
3. Mix broccoli, cheddar, cream cheese, garlic, and onion powder.
4. Stuff chicken breasts with filling and secure with toothpicks.
5. Sear in olive oil for 2–3 minutes per side.
6. Transfer skillet to oven and bake for 20–25 minutes.
7. Check for 165°F internal temperature.
8. Rest 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Do not overstuff chicken to avoid bursting.
Use a meat thermometer for perfect doneness.
Try different cheeses for variety.
