A rich, creamy brownie batter dip that tastes just like licking the bowl made safe to eat and perfect for dipping cookies, pretzels, or fruit.
Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp milk
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth and creamy.
2. Add powdered sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla, and salt; mix until well combined.
3. Beat in milk until dip reaches a smooth, fluffy consistency.
4. Fold in mini chocolate chips.
5. Transfer to a serving bowl and chill for 20 minutes if desired.
6. Serve with cookies, graham crackers, pretzels, or fruit.
Notes
Use heat-treated flour if adding flour for extra brownie flavor.
Adjust milk for a thicker or thinner dip.
Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
