Description
These Buffalo Chicken Sliders are spicy, cheesy, and totally addictive perfect for game day, parties, or an easy weeknight dinner!
Ingredients
3 cups shredded cooked chicken (rotisserie recommended)
1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
2 tbsp melted butter
12 slider buns (Hawaiian rolls or dinner rolls)
1 cup shredded mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
1/2 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
1 tbsp melted butter (for brushing)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp parsley flakes (optional)
2 tbsp chopped green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, and melted butter until coated.
3. Slice slider buns in half horizontally, keeping connected if possible.
4. Place bottom halves in a baking dish and layer the buffalo chicken mixture evenly.
5. Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese on top.
6. Add the top halves of the rolls.
7. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, and parsley, then brush over the tops.
8. Cover loosely with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
9. Uncover and bake another 5–7 minutes, until cheese is melted and tops are golden.
10. Remove from oven, drizzle with ranch or blue cheese dressing, and sprinkle with green onions before serving.

• For a creamier texture, mix in 2 oz of cream cheese with the chicken.
