Description
Cajun Steak Tips are tender, juicy beef bites coated in bold Cajun seasoning and seared to perfection a quick, flavorful dish that’s perfect for weeknight dinners or meal prep.
Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
2 tsp Cajun seasoning (store-bought or homemade)
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Pat steak tips dry with paper towels and season generously with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
3. Add steak tips in a single layer and sear for 2–3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your preferred doneness.
4. Add butter to the skillet during the last minute of cooking and toss the steak tips to coat in the melted butter.
5. Remove from heat and let rest for 2–3 minutes.
6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm with rice, potatoes, or veggies.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the steak tips in Cajun seasoning and olive oil for 30 minutes before cooking.
Pair with roasted potatoes or garlic butter corn for a full meal.
Use chicken or shrimp instead of beef for a Cajun surf-and-turf twist.
