Ingredients
2 blocks cream cheese (softened)
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1 cup chopped toasted walnuts
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Beat cream cheese and cheddar until smooth.
2. Mix in garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, salt, and pepper.
3. Shape mixture into a ball using plastic wrap.
4. Chill for 1–2 hours until firm.
5. Roll cheese ball in toasted walnuts.
6. Serve with crackers or veggies.
