Description
These Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are juicy, cheesy, and wrapped in golden biscuit dough brushed with buttery garlic parmesan. Perfect party appetizers or weeknight treats!
Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup diced onion
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 (16 oz) can refrigerated biscuit dough
3 tbsp butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp grated parmesan
1 tbsp parsley (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
2. In a skillet, cook ground beef and onions until browned. Drain.
3. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire.
4. Let cool slightly, then stir in cheddar cheese.
5. Flatten each biscuit and place a spoonful of beef mixture inside.
6. Pinch edges tightly to form sealed balls.
7. Place seam-side down on baking sheet.
8. Stir melted butter, garlic, and parmesan together.
9. Brush bombs generously with garlic parmesan butter.
10. Bake 14–17 minutes or until golden.
11. Brush with remaining garlic butter and sprinkle parsley.
Notes
You can use mozzarella instead of cheddar for a gooier center.
Serve with marinara, ranch, or garlic aioli.
