Ingredients
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt & pepper to taste
Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Trim and tenderize chicken breasts evenly.
2. In a bowl, whisk olive oil, garlic, oregano, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
3. Marinate chicken in the mixture for at least 15 minutes.
4. Preheat skillet or grill to medium heat.
5. Cook chicken 5–6 minutes per side, flipping once.
6. Check internal temp (165°F) and remove from heat.
7. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
8. Garnish with parsley and serve.
Notes
For more flavor, marinate up to 4 hours.
Use a meat thermometer to avoid overcooking.
