Description

A fresh and flavorful dish combining the classic tastes of a Caprese salad with hearty chicken and crispy flatbread.


Ingredients

  • Flatbread
  • Pesto
  • Cooked chicken
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Tomatoes
  • Fresh basil
  • Balsamic glaze

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare your baking sheet with flatbread.
  3. Spread a generous amount of pesto over the surface of the flatbread.
  4. Add sliced cooked chicken evenly over the pesto.
  5. Top with generous mozzarella cheese.
  6. Add sliced fresh tomatoes on top of the cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes.
  8. Garnish with fresh basil leaves once out of the oven.
  9. Drizzle with balsamic glaze over the top.
  10. Serve hot and enjoy your Chicken Caprese Flatbread!
