Description
Moist, chocolatey zucchini bars perfect for snacks or dessert.
Ingredients
2 cups grated zucchini
2 large eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a 9×13 pan.
2. Whisk eggs, oil, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
3. Stir in grated zucchini.
4. Mix dry ingredients separately, then combine with wet.
5. Fold in chocolate chips.
6. Spread batter evenly and bake 30–35 minutes.
7. Cool before slicing.
Notes
Store airtight at room temperature for 2 days or refrigerate up to 5 days.
Freeze individually wrapped bars for longer storage.
