Description
Crispy coconut biscuits sandwiched with creamy chocolate.
Ingredients
Scale
1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 cups flour
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup desiccated coconut
200g melted chocolate (for filling)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line tray.
2. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
3. Sift in flour, cocoa, and baking powder.
4. Fold in coconut.
5. Roll into balls, flatten, and place on tray.
6. Bake for 12–15 minutes.
7. Cool completely.
8. Sandwich biscuits with melted chocolate.
Notes
Store in an airtight container for 7 days.
Freeze unfilled biscuits up to 3 months.
