Fluffy marshmallows dipped in rich melted chocolate and decorated with sprinkles for a fun, bite-sized treat on a stick perfect for parties, holidays, or gifting.
Ingredients
12 large marshmallows
12 lollipop sticks or wooden skewers
10 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tbsp coconut oil or vegetable shortening
Sprinkles, crushed cookies, or nuts for topping
Instructions
1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Insert a lollipop stick into the center of each marshmallow.
3. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in the microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
4. Dip each marshmallow into the melted chocolate, coating completely.
5. Gently tap off excess chocolate.
6. Immediately decorate with sprinkles or desired toppings.
7. Place pops on prepared baking sheet.
8. Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes until chocolate is set.
Notes
White or milk chocolate can be used for variety.
Add food coloring or drizzle contrasting chocolate for decoration.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature or chilled for up to 5 days.
