Ingredients
1 cup dark chocolate chips
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1/3 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1/4 tsp salt
Powdered sugar, for dusting
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
2. Melt the chocolate chips and butter together in a heatproof bowl until smooth.
3. Whisk in the sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
4. Sift in flour, cocoa powder, and salt; mix until just combined.
5. Scoop small portions onto the baking tray, leaving space between each.
6. Bake for 10–12 minutes, until slightly firm on the outside and soft inside.
7. Cool on a rack and dust lightly with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
For extra indulgence, add chocolate chunks or nuts to the batter.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for an elegant dessert.
