Description
A creamy, refreshing dessert made with ripe strawberries, rich cocoa, and your choice of yogurt—totally dairy-free and guilt-free.
Ingredients
2 cups fresh strawberries (hulled)
2 cups Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt
3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
3 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
Pinch of salt (optional)
Instructions
1. Wash and hull strawberries.
2. In a blender, combine strawberries, yogurt, cocoa, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt.
3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
4. Taste and adjust sweetness as needed.
5. Pour into container or molds.
6. Freeze 3–4 hours or until firm.
7. Let soften slightly before serving.
Notes
Use coconut yogurt for a dairy-free version.
Add chocolate chips or chopped nuts before freezing.
Store up to 2 weeks in an airtight container.
