Ingredients
6 cups mixed salad greens (such as spinach, arugula, and romaine)
1 apple, thinly sliced
1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/2 cup candied pecans
1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon honey
1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. In a large salad bowl, combine mixed greens, sliced apple, pomegranate seeds, feta cheese, pecans, and red onion.
