Ingredients

1 cup unsalted butter
1 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
1 cup toasted almonds, chopped
Instructions
1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Melt butter and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat.
3. Stir constantly until mixture turns amber (300°F).
4. Add vanilla and salt, then pour onto prepared pan.
5. Sprinkle chocolate over hot toffee, let melt, and spread evenly.
6. Top with nuts, press lightly, and let cool.
7. Break into pieces and serve.
