Description

Ingredients
40 saltine crackers
1 cup unsalted butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and parchment.
2. Arrange saltines in a single layer.
3. Melt butter and brown sugar, stir until smooth and bubbling.
4. Pour mixture evenly over saltines.
5. Bake for 8–10 minutes until golden and bubbly.
6. Remove from oven and sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top.
7. Cool completely, then break into crunchy pieces.
Notes
Store in airtight container for 1 week.
Freeze up to 2 months.
Use gluten-free crackers if needed.
