These Cinnamon Sugar Blondies are soft, chewy, and loaded with warm cinnamon flavor. The buttery blondie base is topped with a sweet cinnamon-sugar crust that gives every bite the perfect balance of chewy and crunchy. A cozy treat for fall or anytime you crave something sweet!
Ingredients
For the Blondie Base:
1 cup (225 g) unsalted butter, melted
1 ½ cups (300 g) brown sugar, packed
2 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups (250 g) all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
2 tsp ground cinnamon
For the Cinnamon Sugar Topping:
¼ cup (50 g) granulated sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper and lightly grease.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter and brown sugar until smooth.
3. Add eggs and vanilla, whisking until fully combined.
4. Stir in flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon until just combined (do not overmix).
5. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan.
6. In a small bowl, mix granulated sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle evenly over the blondie batter.
7. Bake for 25–30 minutes, until edges are golden brown and the center is set.
8. Cool completely before slicing into squares and serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, swirl some of the cinnamon sugar into the batter before baking.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 4 days.
Pair with coffee, chai, or a glass of cold milk for the ultimate treat.
