Ingredients
1 pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
2 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
¼ cup sugar
1½ tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
Optional: cream cheese glaze, fresh fruit
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
2. Roll out dough to ½ inch thick on a floured surface.
3. Place dough on baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
4. Brush melted butter evenly over the dough.
5. Mix cinnamon, sugar, and vanilla; sprinkle over buttered dough.
6. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
7. Cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
For extra crunch, sprinkle brown sugar or chopped nuts.
Can be made dairy-free using coconut oil.
