Description

A delightful dessert that combines the nostalgic taste of a beloved cereal with the creamy richness of cheesecake.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup crushed Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine melted butter with 1 ½ cups of Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal in a mixing bowl.
  3. Press the cereal mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  4. Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth, then add powdered sugar, sour cream, and vanilla extract.
  5. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Pour the cream cheese filling over the crust and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
  8. Cool at room temperature for about an hour, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  9. Sprinkle the top with ½ cup of crushed Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal before serving.

Notes

Serve with whipped cream or chocolate sauce. Stores well in the fridge for 3-5 days.
