- 1 ½ cups Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal
- ½ cup butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup crushed Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine melted butter with 1 ½ cups of Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal in a mixing bowl.
- Press the cereal mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
- Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth, then add powdered sugar, sour cream, and vanilla extract.
- Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
- Pour the cream cheese filling over the crust and smooth the top.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
- Cool at room temperature for about an hour, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Sprinkle the top with ½ cup of crushed Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal before serving.
Notes
Serve with whipped cream or chocolate sauce. Stores well in the fridge for 3-5 days.
