A fresh, colorful, and naturally sweet Classic Mixed Fruit Salad  the perfect side dish for brunch, holidays, potlucks, or anytime you want something bright and refreshing!


Ingredients

2 cups strawberries, sliced

2 cups blueberries

2 cups pineapple chunks

2 cups grapes (red or green)

2 kiwis, sliced

12 oranges, segmented

2 tbsp honey

1 tbsp fresh lime juice

Zest of 1 lime

Optional: fresh mint for garnish


Instructions

1. In a large bowl, combine strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, grapes, kiwi, and orange segments.

2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, lime juice, and lime zest.

3. Pour the citrus dressing over the fruit and gently toss to coat.

4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving for best flavor.

5. Garnish with fresh mint if desired.

Notes

You can swap or add other fruits like mango, raspberries, or peaches.

For a lighter salad, omit honey.
