Quick and easy no-bake cookies combining peanut butter, oats, and a touch of sweetness, perfect for a delicious snack.
Ingredients

- 250 g sugar
- 60 ml milk
- 115 g unsalted butter
- 120 g creamy peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 150 g quick oats
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium saucepan, combine the unsalted butter, sugar, and milk over medium heat.
- Stir occasionally as the butter melts.
- Once melted and sugar dissolved, bring the mixture to a boil.
- Boil for one minute, then remove from heat.
- Stir in creamy peanut butter until fully combined.
- Add vanilla extract and a pinch of salt, mixing well.
- Add quick oats and stir until fully coated.
- Scoop dollops onto the prepared parchment paper and flatten slightly.
- Allow to set at room temperature for 20 to 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
Store in an airtight container with parchment paper between layers. Can be refrigerated for up to 2 weeks or frozen for up to 3 months.
