Description

Delicious coconut balls made with fresh coconut and condensed milk, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups grated fresh coconut
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
  • 1 tablespoon ghee (clarified butter)
  • Chopped nuts for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat the ghee in a pan over medium heat until melted.
  2. Add the grated coconut to the pan and stir gently.
  3. Cook the coconut for a few minutes until lightly toasted.
  4. Mix in the condensed milk and sugar until fully combined.
  5. Cook until thickened and leaves the sides of the pan, about 5-10 minutes.
  6. Add the cardamom powder and mix well.
  7. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  8. Shape the mixture into small balls or ladoos.
  9. Garnish with chopped nuts if desired.
  10. Cool completely before serving.

Notes

Use fresh coconut for best flavor. Adjust the sugar according to your preference.
