Delicious coconut balls made with fresh coconut and condensed milk, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients

- 2 cups grated fresh coconut
- 1 cup condensed milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
- 1 tablespoon ghee (clarified butter)
- Chopped nuts for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Heat the ghee in a pan over medium heat until melted.
- Add the grated coconut to the pan and stir gently.
- Cook the coconut for a few minutes until lightly toasted.
- Mix in the condensed milk and sugar until fully combined.
- Cook until thickened and leaves the sides of the pan, about 5-10 minutes.
- Add the cardamom powder and mix well.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Shape the mixture into small balls or ladoos.
- Garnish with chopped nuts if desired.
- Cool completely before serving.
Notes
Use fresh coconut for best flavor. Adjust the sugar according to your preference.
