- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Sweetener to taste (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix together cottage cheese, eggs, baking powder, and salt until smooth using a blender or hand mixer.
- Fold in the blueberries gently to keep them whole.
- Form spoonfuls of the mixture into golf ball-sized clouds on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and set in the center.
- Cool slightly before serving warm or at room temperature.
