- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup fresh mozzarella balls, halved
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 12 mini pizza crusts
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls, and chopped basil. Add olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well incorporated.
- Arrange mini pizza crusts on a baking sheet and fill each crust with the cottage cheese mixture, distributing evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until crusts are golden and cheese melts.
Notes
Best served warm. Store leftover cups in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
