Ingredients
1 cup cottage cheese (full-fat or low-fat)
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tbsp maple syrup, honey, or your preferred sweetener (to taste)
1 tsp vanilla extract
A pinch of salt
Optional toppings: shaved dark chocolate, fresh berries, or a dollop of whipped cream
Instructions
1. In a blender or food processor, combine the cottage cheese, cocoa powder, sweetener, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until the mixture is completely smooth and velvety — about 30–60 seconds.
2. Taste and add more cocoa or sweetener if desired. Blend again to combine.
3. For a thicker texture and richer flavor, refrigerate for about 30 minutes before serving.
4. Spoon into small dessert cups and top with berries, shaved chocolate, or a drizzle of nut butter.
