Description
Flaky puff pastry cups filled with creamy brie and sweet-tart cranberry sauce. A perfect holiday appetizer!
Ingredients
1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
8 oz brie cheese, cut into small cubes
1/2 cup cranberry sauce
2 tbsp chopped pecans (optional)
1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped (optional)
Honey, for drizzling (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Cut puff pastry into 24 small squares.
3. Press each square into a mini muffin tin.
4. Add one cube of brie to each pastry cup.
5. Top with a teaspoon of cranberry sauce.
6. Add pecans or rosemary if desired.
7. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden and bubbling.
8. Drizzle with honey before serving if desired.
Notes
Brie rind is edible; no need to remove it.
Mix orange zest into cranberry sauce for extra flavor.
Best served warm but can be reheated for 5 minutes at 350°F.
