These Mini Cranberry & Brie Phyllo Tarts are the perfect bite-sized holiday appetizers featuring crispy, buttery phyllo shells filled with creamy Brie cheese, tart cranberry sauce, and a touch of sweetness. Elegant, festive, and ready in under 30 minutes!
Ingredients
6 sheets phyllo dough, thawed
4 oz (115 g) Brie cheese, cut into small cubes
½ cup (60 g) cranberry sauce or chopped fresh cranberries
2 tbsp (30 g) butter, melted
1 tbsp (15 g) brown sugar (optional)
Fresh thyme for garnish
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Brush each phyllo sheet with melted butter and layer 2–3 sheets per tart. Cut into squares to fit mini muffin tin.
2. Press phyllo squares into muffin tin cups. Fill each cup with a cube of Brie and a spoonful of cranberry. Sprinkle with brown sugar if using.
3. Bake for 12–15 minutes until phyllo is golden and crispy, and cheese is melted.
4. Garnish with fresh thyme and serve warm as an appetizer or party snack.
