Ingredients
1 French baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch rounds
8 oz brie cheese, cut into small pieces
1/2 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
1 tbsp honey (optional)
1 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary (optional)
Olive oil, for brushing
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and lightly brush each with olive oil.
3. Bake for 6–8 minutes until golden and crisp.
4. Place a piece of brie on each toast and return to the oven for 3–4 minutes, until the cheese begins to melt.
5. Top each with a spoonful of cranberry sauce.
6. Drizzle lightly with honey and sprinkle with fresh rosemary if desired.
7. Serve warm and enjoy.
Notes
You can substitute fig jam or apricot preserves for the cranberry sauce.
For extra crunch, top with toasted pecans or walnuts.
Best served fresh, but components can be prepped ahead of time.
