Ingredients
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
3 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
1 cup dried cranberries
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Cream butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
3. Mix in eggs and vanilla until smooth.
4. Whisk flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt in a separate bowl.
5. Mix dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
6. Fold in rolled oats and dried cranberries.
7. Scoop dough onto a baking sheet.
8. Bake 10–12 minutes until edges are golden.
9. Cool on a wire rack.
Notes
Add white chocolate chips for extra sweetness.
For chewier cookies, add 1/4 cup honey.
