Description
Cranberry Turkey Stuffing Balls combine all your favorite holiday flavors in one bite-sized snack. They are crispy on the outside, tender inside, and perfect for using up Thanksgiving leftovers.
Ingredients
2 cups cooked turkey, finely chopped or shredded
3 cups prepared stuffing (homemade or boxed)
1/2 cup dried cranberries (or cranberry sauce for a softer texture)
1 large egg, lightly beaten
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese (optional for extra binding)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon melted butter (for brushing)
For serving (optional):
Extra cranberry sauce or turkey gravy for dipping
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped turkey, stuffing, dried cranberries, egg, cheese (if using), salt, and pepper.
3. Mix gently until the mixture holds together. If too dry, add 1–2 tablespoons of chicken broth or gravy.
4. Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the mixture and roll into firm balls. Place evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
5. Lightly brush the tops with melted butter.
6. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until heated through and lightly crisp on the outside.
7. Serve warm with cranberry sauce or gravy for dipping.
