Ingredients
1 tbsp coconut cream
1 cup hot brewed coffee
1 tsp erythritol or monk fruit
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp butter or ghee (optional)
Pinch Himalayan salt
Instructions
1. Brew your coffee and keep it hot.
2. Shake the coconut cream can and scoop out the cream.
3. Add coffee, cream, sweetener, cinnamon, and optional butter to a blender.
4. Blend on high until frothy.
