Description
Golden, crispy cauliflower bites baked to perfection and served with a creamy garlic sauce.
Ingredients
1 medium cauliflower head, florets
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil
1/2 cup yogurt
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C)
2. Cut cauliflower into bite-sized florets
3. Toss florets in flour, then batter, then breadcrumbs
4. Arrange on tray, drizzle with oil
5. Bake 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway
6. Mix yogurt, mayo, lemon juice, garlic for sauce
7. Serve bites hot with garlic sauce

Ensure florets are completely dry before coating for maximum crispiness
Store leftovers in fridge and reheat in oven for best texture
