Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Prepare the salmon by cutting into bite-sized pieces and seasoning with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Bake the salmon on a lined baking sheet for about 12-15 minutes.
- Prepare steamed rice according to package instructions.
- Steam the fresh vegetables until tender but crisp.
