Ingredients
4 boneless chicken thighs
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup flour
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp cayenne
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup honey
2 tbsp hot sauce
Oil for frying
Mixed salad greens
Cherry tomatoes
Avocado slices
Creamy dressing
Instructions
1. Marinate chicken in buttermilk 4 hours or overnight.
2. Mix flour with spices and dredge chicken.
3. Heat oil to 350°F and fry chicken until golden, 7 minutes per side.
4. Mix honey and hot sauce for glaze.
5. Slice chicken and toss over salad greens with toppings.
6. Drizzle with dressing before serving.
Notes
Rest chicken before slicing for juiciness.
